1. Our PVC Crust Foamed Sheet Line uses PVC powder as raw material. 
The product is characterized by sound absorption, heat insulation, fire-resistance, water-
proof. Now PVC foamed sheet is widely used in ship, bus, plane, indoors decorations,
furniture, ceiling boards, Ad. Plate, refrigerator room etc..

3. Output: 30 t/day.
4. Sheet width: 1220mm/1560mm/2050mm or as per demand.
5. Sheet surface density:0.33-1.0g/cm3.
6. Sheet thickness: 1 -- 30mm
7. Control system: PLC.
8. Working type: conical twin-screw extruder.

Now we can manufacture 1500*3050mm or 1520*3050mm 8-20mm thick pvc co-extruded foam sheets.
